The daily calendar presents a list of all the appointments for that day. Clicking on the desired time slot will put the patient's name into the daily calendar and, if desired, print out an appointment card for the patient. When patients are scheduled, ComChart automatically checks to see if they have any other future appointments and, if so, presents you with a list of all the patient's future appointments.
From the daily calendar, the secretary can easily obtain the patient phone numbers. This feature makes it very easy for the secretary to remind the patients about their upcoming appointment.
